What is Bowen Therapy
• The Bowen technique (also known as Bowenwork) is a dynamic system of muscle and connective tissue therapy. It utilises small but measured inputs to the body, stimulating the body to heal itself

I've never been one for massage or alternative therapies. However, visiting Complete Health Bowen I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and how comfortable Adele made me feel.
I suffered a severe laceration after an accident to 9 tendons and many nerves in my hand, not being able to work, and having weekly OT appointments I tried Bowen Therapy, I am blown away with the results. The constant pins and needles went, the over sensitivity is less and my OT measured more range of movement in my fingers, she said to keep going cause it is working. To top it all off, after the first treatment from Adele I woke up on my back with no pain, that is the first time in 20 years that has ever happened.
