My Treatments

Treatments last between 45 mins to 1 hour.

The whole body will be balanced as part of the treatment, as well as the area of concern being treated.

Please wear loose clothing, no denim and come well hydrated.

Bowen Therapy

A non-invasive and safe treatment for everyone.  Please note treatments should not be performed 5 days either side of other modality treatments, for example Physiotherapy or Chiropractic treatments.

Taping

Taping can allow more comfort of a painful area and allows an injury/special issue to heal in a certain position.  For those with sensitive skin we have special tape available.
